J&L are medical doctors born/bred/educated in Singapore. Despite our medical training, we felt inadequate as new parents. The entire journey from pre-conception to pregnancy and finally delivery are guided by myths and experiences of our friends/family. J felt that there was a lack of neutral guide/education in this field.

The site serves as a free/unsponsored channel for new parents who (like us) to learn about the expected timelines/milestones in your pregnancy journey.

This does NOT serve as a medical consultation and will not replace the professional advice of your specialists. Dr. J is a general practitioner in private practice and Dr. L is a surgical trainee. Our expertise are hence NOT in the field of obstetrics/paediatrics care.
