THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF PARENTING
Our Journey Part 1 - Pregnancy
(Note: This section does not touch on fertility, which is a big topic on its own.)
If you're reading this, chances are that you've been trying for a child for a while. This term is extremely subjective, and couples have varying definitions of the duration in which they 'try'. Dr J has personally encountered many patients in his clinic, who request for health screening pre-conception, in a bid to identify any pre-existing medical conditions that may impair their chances of success.
Our general advice is this - if you are well and healthy with no pre-existing medical conditions, you may skip this step and proceed to "try" first. If, however, you have been trying regularly for a year without much success, it is fair to consider seeking medical advice on how to further proceed.

To the women - remember to take your folic acid supplements. Folic acid can help prevent birth defects such as spina bifida. It is recommended to start taking this pre-conception. These tablets can be easily purchased over the counter at the pharmacy. It is recommended to consume 400mcg of folic acid daily, up to 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
This is your Team section. It's a great place to introduce your team and talk about what makes it special, such as your culture or work philosophy. Don't be afraid to illustrate personality and character to help users connect with your team.
